Best Price Guarantee Terms & Conditions

Hotel Name 1 will make available the best guest room \ price for the hotel (the "Best Price Guarantee"). " Hotel Name 1 Website" are the websites owned or operated by or on behalf of Hotel Name 1 bearing the logo and branding of Hotel Name 1.

In the unlikely event that a lower price at Hotel Name 1 is made available on a non-Hotel Name 1 website (the "Competing Price"), upon its receipt of a claim that satisfies these Best Price Guarantee terms and conditions (the "BPG Terms"), Hotel Name 1 will honor that Competing Price and provide the individual that submitted the valid claim one of the following: (1) an additional 10% discount off the Competing Price per room per night; or (2) a voucher that the guest can use during their stay, the amount of the voucher will be equal to the difference between the original reservation rate and the competing price.

Terms and Conditions

  • For a claim to be eligible under the Best Price Guarantee:
    • The claim must be submitted prior to, or within 24 hours after, making a reservation through a Hotel Name 1 Website, and at least 24 hours before the standard check-in time at Hotel Name 1.
    • The claim must include:
      • Booking Confirmation Number
      • Full Name on the reservation
      • Lower rate found (with currency)
      • Room type/ Rate plan (i.e Deluxe Room with Buffet Breakfast)
      • Url of the website where the lower price was found
      • Reservation date
      • Stay dates
    • A claim may be rejected by Hotel Name 1 if it is incomplete or concerns a non-Hotel Name 1 website.

    PLEASE NOTE: You don\'t need to make a booking on the competitor website, just email the complete details of your claim to reservations@directwithhotels.com. We will get in touch with you within 48 hours from the receipt of the claim to verify its validity.

  • For the Competing Price to be valid, it must be a currently available lower published online room price for Hotel Name 1, the same stay dates, the same number of guests, the same room type, with a similar view and room size, and include similar or additional value-added amenities (e.g., free breakfast).
    • Hotel Name 1 will compare the total room cost of a stay, and multiple claims for a stay consisting of two or more nights in the same week at the same Hotel Name 1.
    • Hotel Name 1 will convert any Competing Price offered in a different currency than the price made available through the Hotel Name 1 Website, and may deny claims where it determines that the difference between the price is due to exchange rate fluctuations.
    • Taxes, Surcharges, Booking fees, extra adult fees, fees for children, rollaway charges will be included in the price comparison.
    • The estimated value of value-added amenities (e.g.,free breakfast, use of Wifi, vouchers) offered as part of a Competing Price will be excluded from the price comparison, and will not be provided by Hotel Name 1 when honoring a lower price.
    • Hotel Name 1 may deny claims where the difference between the Competing Price and the price on the Hotel Name 1 Website is less than one percent.
  • The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to:
    • Unpublished or negotiated prices (e.g., corporate discount rates, group rates, meeting rates);
    • Rates requiring membership in a club or other organization, offered pursuant to direct mail or email solicitations, requiring discount codes or coupons, or otherwise not intended for the general public;
    • Package prices (e.g., prices that include a combination of a room and airfare, an overnight cruise, car rental);
    • Prices offered by opaque providers (e.g., Hotwire, Priceline) that do not provide the name or location of the hotel until after a reservation has been made; and
    • Prices offered on on-request websites that do not provide immediate hotel confirmations (e.g., Asiaweb).
  • The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to existing reservations that are not booked through a Hotel Name 1 Website, and Hotel Name 1 is not responsible for any fees associated with cancelling a reservation made through a different channel (e.g., a call center, a non-Hotel Name 1 website).
  • If a valid Best Price Guarantee claim is submitted without an existing reservation, the individual making the valid claim will be contacted by Hotel Name 1 and must make a reservation in the manner communicated by Hotel Name 1 within 24 hours from receipt of the communication or local check-in time at Hotel Name 1 Hotel. Failure to make a reservation in the required time period will invalidate the claim.
  • The Best Price Guarantee will be suspended during times where the Hotel Name 1 Websites or certain prices are not available due to an outage, a technical issue or a circumstance beyond Hotel Name 1\'s reasonable control.
  • A Best Price Guarantee reward will only be provided if the individual making the valid claim stays in the reserved guest room.
  • Hotel Name 1 has the sole right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim and will not review documentation provided by the individual submitting a claim as part of its validation process. Hotel Name 1 reserves the right to deny a claim, if it cannot independently verify the availability of a Competing Price at the time it processes the claim.
  • Hotel Name 1 may at any time and without notice terminate or restrict a person\'s ability to submit a claim under or otherwise benefit from the Best Price Guarantee, if in its sole discretion Hotel Name 1 determines that such person has: (1) acted in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws or ordinances; (2) acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, (3) submitted multiple invalid Best Price Guarantee claims; (4) failed to stay at Hotel Name 1 Hotels after receiving approved Best Price Guarantee Claims; or (5) breached any of these BPG Terms.
  • Any disputes arising out of or related to the Best Price Guarantee or these BPG Terms shall be handled individually without any class action, and shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Hotel Name 1.
  • Void where prohibited by law. Hotel Name 1 reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, suspend or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee or these BPG Terms at anytime in its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Fridays Holdings, Inc. (FHI) and Friday’s Puerto Galera, Inc., (FPGI) (collectively referred herein as Fridays) are committed to providing quality resort and hotel service to our guests, customers, and business partners, by ensuring confidentiality of personal information provided to us, in pursuance to the Data Privacy Law of the country.

Personal Data Privacy Policy applies to personal data and information regarding guests, customers, visitors, and to the management of this data, written or electronically obtained.

As a matter of policy, Fridays is committed to protect personal information.

Data retention is strictly limited to minimal specific information required by Fridays for legitimate purposes in transacting business with our guests, customers, and visitors, so as to provide quality and appropriate services and offer various products and services.

To protect one’s data, Fridays shall require guests, customers, and visitors proof of identity, (i.e. valid government-issued identification card), signature, address, and date of birth or such other information that is personal to the requesting party, in order to access his/her data for purposes allowed by law, which additional information obtained may be incorporated to the existing data, if any, subject to prior consent by the owner thereof.

USE OF COLLECTED PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal data shall be voluntarily provided by the guest/customer to the company for purposes of obtaining particular service or accommodation, which may consists of name, title, gender, contact details, email and mailing addresses, mobile, telephone and fax numbers, and the likes, date and place of birth, nationality, passport number (for foreign guests), identification number and visa information; credit card information including name of cardholder, credit card number and expiry date; loyalty program membership information, online user account details, profile and any frequent flyer or travel partner program affiliation; any information necessary to fulfill special requests on hotel arrangement; information you provide regarding your marketing preferences or in the course of participating in surveys, contests or promotional offers; information collected through the use of closed circuit television systems, card key and other security systems; contact and other relevant details concerning the employees of corporate accounts and vendors and other individuals with whom we do business (e.g., travel agents or meeting and event planners); and in limited cases, information relating to the credit of customers.
Collection of data is necessary for Fridays to deliver quality services, which refer to the following:

  • Guest reservations and/or requests for information or services
  • Payment processing
  • Customer satisfaction and quality assurance surveys
  • Sales calls and appointments
  • Legal and regulatory requirements
  • Credit application
  • Product rand services sales
  • Membership program subscription
  • Communication facilitation
  • Safety and security

A guest, customer, or visitor availing the services of Fridays, booking for a hotel suite, or any other services available, shall voluntarily provide personal data. Those making reservation with Fridays shall be requested to provide data, such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card information for payment purposes (including credit card number, code and expiry date). The e-mail address will be used to send details of confirmation of booking, information about the hotel/resort, room preferences, and other important details.
Similar types of information would be requested when a guest, costumer, or visitor complete any purchase of merchandise or inquire online.
Flight schedules, arrival and departure, country of origin, and other related travel details, and room preferences shall likewise be asked of the guest. This protocol will enable Fridays to prepare for the guest’s arrival and to serve them better during their stay until check-out.

Site Browsing
When you browse this website, we do not collect Data unless you voluntarily and knowingly provide it to us: for instance, by accessing our website from a link in an e-mail that we send to you or where you have created a profile under Friday’s and you log-in to your account.

Reservation and Check-in
The Data that you provide to us for making a reservation is made available exclusively to Friday’s resorts/hotel for the purpose of completing your reservation request. Guest may also be required to provide information such as passport numbers, type of entry visa, and driver’s license, pursuant to local law, if any. Upon check-in, guest’s Data will be verified by our staff and you will be requested to indicate whether you wish to opt in and receive hotel promotional info. Certain Data shall be used for the sole purpose of dissemination of promotional materials for Friday’s resort/hotel thru e-mails. No amount of Data shall be shared with third parties.

Room rates and other billed services and expenses by the guests/customer are recorded and included in their respective electronic data, as these information will be necessary for proper auditing purposes.

The company anticipates that after a relaxing, enjoyable, and pleasant stay at Fridays, there is a probability that guests would be returning are at peak, and we would want their return to be even more pleasurable ones. To do this, we may opt to gather other specific information, such as food and beverage preferences and other special requests to better attend to their needs and comfort. Such information shall only be available exclusively to Fridays resorts/hotels through the company’s central information system.

Purchase Thru the Internet
When making a purchase of Fridays merchandise on our website, guest will be asked to complete a form that includes name, e-mail address, delivery address, and credit card details for payment purposes. When the form is completely filled out, the guest’s credit card number will be verified using a checking sequence to complete the transaction. Credit card information and Data are transferred over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection, standard for encryption over the Internet to protect all supplied Data. Doing so protects the confidentiality of your Data while it is transmitted over the Internet. Purchasing transactions are assisted by third party processors who are required by contract to protect the privacy of your Data. Outlet Reservations for Food and Beverages
We collect Data such as your name and phone number when you make a reservation at our food and beverage outlets. If you are a repeat guest at our food and beverage outlets or have filled out our food and beverage questionnaire, we may store your Data in our Customer Information System to serve you better upon your return.

Spa Reservations
Data such as your name, contact details, and where necessary, credit card information for payment purposes when you make a spa reservation is required. Fridays may also collect information relating to your health, allergies, and treatment preferences before the spa treatment is commenced to ensure that your spa treatment is conducted under safe conditions.

Fraudulent E-mails
The general public is hereby informed that Friday’s will never send email, text message, or any other form of communication, requesting for password, credit card number or passport, personal identity card. If you receive such suspicious e-mail that appears to have been sent by our company, it is a fraudulent e-mail, or “phishing”. It is recommended that no reply should be made and refrain from accessing any links or pop-up messages and immediately report to the local authorities that handle fraudulent e-mail, or verify the same with our company thru our website.

Unsecured Communication
When sending forms thru email in the “Contact Us” section of our website, refrain from including any sensitive information such as credit card details, specially when you are connected on public Wi-Fi access or when using a public computer. Please bear in mind that no security system or system of transmitting information over the Internet is guaranteed to be secured.

Disclosing Personal Information

Customer information and reservation details in our system are secured on a dedicated server hosted by our company alone and stored at our Information Center. The stored database may be shared within Friday’s Boracay and Galera only to better anticipate your needs prior to and during your stay.

We implement IT and network security policies to protect your data from unauthorized access limited by the capability of IT personnel and network equipment available to us. Tight firewall protects our server from unauthorized access to protect the Data collected from guest/customers.

Data and information that guests/customers provide are treated with confidentiality. To prevent unauthorized access or leakage, we have adopted and regularly monitor our security and data privacy policies and procedures. We use SSL protocol – an industry standard for encryption over the Internet, to protect the Data. When you type in sensitive information such as credit card details, it will be automatically encrypted and transferred over an SSL connection. This ensures that your sensitive Data is encrypted as it travels over the Internet.
